The emblem of the city of Derbent on the right: in a silver field on the green earth, the mountain of the same color in front of her - a gold toothed tower with two black loop holes, scarlet arch and off right over the edge of the gold shield wall; to the left of the tower in the lowered field shows four azure wavy belt; left: three scarlet, with black cores, poppy flower green, such as leaves, stems, associated with a gold cord and fasten with two dark red roots of madder, also crosswise.
