- To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the passage of the Northern sea route icebreaking ships "Taimyr" and "Vaigach" from Vladivostok to Arkhangelsk. The stamp features a symbolic representation of the coil of the compass. 3267 and 3268 stamps were printed in pairs on one sheet (two pairs in each horizontal row).
